This application is an unofficial patch to fix the stuttering issue that occurs when you're playing on a Windows PC with the latest version of Monster Hunter: Rise.
The issue is caused by the way that the game is designed and the way that the Windows operating system is set up. The problem is particularly prevalent when you're playing on a device that uses a virtual disk drive for storage. The problem is that the drive is not stable and the OS doesn't have a clear indication of what is happening. This results in jitter and stutters when you play the game.
